A company full of history

1958

Mr. Antonio Yarza Campos founded and participated in a company that managed the operation of the customs patent attached to the internal customs of Torreón since 1951. This company was established under the name Servicios Aduanales de Torreón (S.A.T).

1980

The S.H.CP granted Antonio Yarza Campos customs patent No. 621 for the customs of Torreón, with authorization to operate in the customs of Ciudad Juárez, Nuevo Laredo, Piedras Negras, Tampico, and Altamira.

1993

In early 1993, Antonio Yarza Campos resigned his patent, and the General Customs Directorate granted his daughter, Lic. María Eugenia Yarza Rodríguez, the patent in substitution for the one resigned by her father. This patent operates within the company called Yarza y Cia. S. C. for the customs of Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Nuevo Laredo, Tampico, Altamira, and Tamaulipas.

1994

In early 1994, Lic. Fernando Yarza Rodríguez obtained a new customs patent that would complement the services offered, including the customs of Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Colombia, Nuevo León, Piedras Negras, and Torreón, Coahuila. This led to the establishment of a new company named Fernando Yarza y Cia S.C.

1996

In mid-1996, Fernando Yarza y Cia S.C. integrated the consulting and management company named Consultores Aduanales del Norte SC, as well as the goods reception and dispatch operator in Texas known as T&T Forwarding Services Inc. This consolidation of the group's operations led to the creation of Donaldsa, which provides personal services for the aforementioned customs and offers clearance services through the customs of Veracruz, Manzanillo, the Mexico International Airport, and the border customs of Matamoros, Tamaulipas.

1996

The Importex autotransport line begins, led by Lic. Fernando Yarza with thorton-type units and trailer boxes to serve the Customs Agency.

1998

Lic. Alejandro Yarza expands the fleet as an individual by introducing 3-ton vans and stake trucks for handling plazas, crossings, and hot shot trips.

2012

Importex changes its name to Yarco Logistic Sa de Cv, and Lic. Alejandro Yarza takes over the management of the line, increasing the fleet by 15 more highway units and 40 trailer boxes, with the main route being La Laguna, Nuevo Laredo, Monterrey, Saltillo, and the Bajio area.

2017

A&F Servicios Logisticos is born to provide services on other routes where Yarco does not operate with its own units, forming alliances with carriers in seaports and other borders to ensure good prices and more routes for their clients.

2018

RAAF Logistics LLC, an American transport line, is born to offer direct cargo services between Mexico and the USA with 15 Units and 45 trailer boxes.
